Eli you are two years old! I can't believe how quickly time goes by these days! Everyone talks about the terriible two's, but you are so much fun (of course you have only been two for a day now)! You weigh 30lbs and are 35" tall. You are doing pretty well in your big boy bed. Occasionally you get up at 3am and we here the pitter patter of your little feet on the hardwood floors, then you slam our door open and yell, "Boy Awake!". Then you climb up on my side of the bed and say, "mommy hug", give me a big hug while making sure you have a hand or foot or something on daddy too, and you fall back asleep. You are such a cuddler these days and we love every second of it! You love other kids too. If we let you walk while we are shopping, you run up to anyone your size and give them a big hug. You love to listen to your Cedarmont kids cd in the car, and insist I play it everytime. You love firetrucks (you call firemen, "firedadas"), trucks, tractors, animals, mickey sing along videos, bambi, lady and the tramp, dora, curious george, coloring, playdough and anything outdoors. You have become a great swimmer (with your float on). You are still a big milk drinker, and a terrible eater. You love every member of your family and you talk about them (and the Hurst family) and list them in your prayers all the time.
Daddy took the day off work to celebrate your bday. We had a nice day together! The whole family went to Chuck E Cheese for dinner and cupcakes. It was your first time and you loved it! Happy second birthday sweet Eli! We love you as big as the sky!
