3 MONTHS

I love this!  Happy 3 Months smiley!
She is so strong.
But she is still so tiny.
She has been sitting in her Bumbo.
Playing with big brother.
She lived in this outfit in October.  I'm sad she won't be wearing it again.
We really lucked out on warm weather this year, which was good for Kate's wardrobe
We had a fun playdate at Taylor's house.  I wish we could all get together more often.

Eli got to go to the fire station.  He was in awe of the big fire trucks.
He got to sit in a firetruck.  He calls firemen "fire dadas".
He was a little leery of the fireman when he put his mask on.

Eli gets out of bed to check and make sure that we are in bed.  He doesn't want to miss a party.  There is a little bit of Great Great Grandma in us all.
Baby Kate is still as peaceful as ever.
I just loved him in these pjs.
He got the dvd, Cars II, a Cars back pack and Cars cars for Halloween.  I love that he watched the movie in his car, pack pack on, and cars beside him.
The kids visited Jingle Rails at the Eiteljorg twice in one week.  We all thought it was pretty great.
He loved the trains.
The basement is full of things for kids.  The food is really good too.
Running from train to train.
Decorating cookies.
The finished product.
Kate is really disappointed about this Colts season.  She says she is still a fan, but just can't stand to watch the games.

Happy 3 months sweet Kate!  You are still as good as ever.  You are still eating every three hours throughout the day and sleeping from about 8pm to 6am.  (You have no idea how much I love the sleeping part!!)  We have stopped swaddling you because you can bust out of it.  After feeding you, I just lay you down in your bed while you are still awake, kiss your sweet face, turn the light out, and you go right to sleep.  You have found your hands and have started to bat at and grab toys.  You love your play mat, mobile and monkey right now.  You also love your big brother.  You have started to roll on your side and you are still so strong. You are also very alert and pay close attention when anyone is talking, especially daddy.  I went back to work the day you turned 12wks old . . .it was much harder this time.  Eli is at such a fun age and you are so precious, it's just better being at home.  You have started to show a little separation anxiety, but I think it's just because the schedule has been so confusing. You love your grandparents just like your brother does.  Eli still thinks you are "so cute", or he completely ignores you.  He has started really pushing his boundaries, but is still so sweet at the same time.  Yesterday I said, "Eli, it's time to brush your teeth." and he said, "No thank you mama." He ran away from me at the store the other day as fast as he could and brushed the side of some guys pant leg.  He stopped long enough to say, "Excuse me, I'm sorry" to the man, then ran off again.  He could have his own daily blog with all of the funny things he is up to these days.  We love you both as big as the sky....
