Eli and his pumpkin. He wasn't much into carving pumpkins this year, but he really liked drawing on them.
I was supposed to throw a baby shower at lunch today for a friend who's a big fan of halloween, but she got put on bed rest. These were her "Boo-tiful baby boy cookies" from the Cookie Closet. They are yummy and cute!
He was not into wearing a costume this year until he saw all the other kids outside dressed up. Then I couldn't get him to take it off.
It's hard to ring the door bell with a sword and a bucket of candy in your hands!
He was trying to cut down the trees with his sword and talking in a pirate voice.
Miss Kate was a honey bee.
We tried to teach him to say "trick or treat". But he would say, "put chocolate candy in the bucket" instead! Ha! He thought it was spectacular that every house we took him to gave him candy. As soon as they opened the door, he would go running in their house until he found the candy. He told one lady, " Thank you, see ya, happy birthday!"
I love this little pirate!
And I love this little bee.
He was too busy to have his picture taken! Nana and Papa got him cars that needed to be played with.
Kate and her father.
It's hard to get their picture together right now.
One more day and this costume wouldn't have fit!
Happy Halloween!
We visited both grandparents.
Our little pumpkin.
Sitting patiently . . . crammed in a pumpkin.
It was starting to get chilly.
He thought it was so funny that she was in the pumpkin!
Cheese!
