Our Baby . . . .

Eli's last picture as an infant. Just writing that makes me tear up!
This is what I've done every night for the last year . . . what a joy!

Mr. Eli looking more like a one year old, than an 11 month old.

He is so big!
Here are some things we did in Eli's last month as an infant . . .

We welcomed a new infant . . . Taylor Louise Kamp was born Father's day weekend! She is a beauty just like her mother and father!

We celebrated father's day with Eli's Best Pals - Daddy, Grandpa Jim, Grandpa Carl!

Happy Father's Day Carl! We are so blessed to have you in our lives!

We celebrated Caylee's 1st birthday! Eli kept hugging and loving on all of the girls!
(BTW - Eli was dressed at this party, but Caylee got a water table and they both got soaked playing!)

Eli threw his first fall to the ground, arch your back, kick your feet and cry temper tantrum! In his defense, he is getting 3 teeth at once. I think he just wants to go back to Siesta Key!

We took our first trip to the zoo!

By the end of the trip we were hot, sweaty, irritable, tired and ready to go. We were about to walk out of the gate when we realized Eli had lost one of these shoes! Carl (love you babe!) walked all the way back through the park retracing our steps to find it! What a man!

Eli, Daddy, and baby giraffe. The Sea lions were his favorites on this trip.

Eli and momma at the zoo.

Eli's second trip to the zoo was with mommy, Grandpa and Nana, Adam and Ben (and lots of goats)!

He loved the goats!

Yes, I washed his hands after!

Eli, Uncles Ado and Ben - He loves these guys. He like watching them race Cheetahs.

Grandpa Jim carried Eli in the red backpack. All of the animals were intrigued by them. It was pretty wild and a little scary. It was another great trip!

We explored the back yard.

And the deck.

So sweet.

I love his feathery hair blowing in the wind!

Remember when you were a kid and thought your backyard was HUGE! Here is why!

We did laundry.

Eli really likes to play with the doors on the washer and dryer.

We worked on Eli's new playroom! Here he is measuring with daddy.

Thank you daddy for working so hard give me a toy room!

We swam for the first time in Grandpa Jim and Nana's pool!
Tomorrow our little baby is going to be one year old! For tonight we are enjoying every last second of our infant and telling stories of this time last year! My how our lives have changed. We love you so much Mr. Eli!!
