Happy 11 Months Eli!

Eli you are now 11 months old! It makes me tear up thinking that next month's post will be 1 year!

You are very busy these days cruising along all of the furniture. You say your own form of mama, dada, nana, byebye, hi, ball and one.

Today was also your mama and dada's 6th anniversary! We went on a fun date to Oceanaire. I love your dada very very much!

You are finally sleeping through the night and taking two naps a day.

You got some new lounge wear which is so cute on your short little legs.

We went to a play date this month at the Hursts' house with some girls from my bible study. Eli was very excited to play with all the kids and all the toys.

There were 11 kids age 5 and under. Maddy (holding Eli) was the only girl!

Grant (far left), Baylor (left of Maddy), and Maddy are the oldest. Eli loves Baylor!

Parker (next to Eli on Baylor's lap) is the youngest. Believe it or not, he is 6 months younger than Eli to the day! He is a big (adorable)boy!

I just love all these pictures because they capture the (joyous) chaos of the day! It was so much fun!

Happy 19th Birthday to Uncle Adam. Adam is home from IU for about 2 seconds, then he is going back to work in a chemistry research lab for the summer. We are very proud of you Ado Binki.

We forgot the stroller when we went to the mall, so Eli had to ride in one of these mall strollers .(Carl wiped it down about 6 times before he would let me put Eli in it!) Eli thought he was so cool.

So, remember how good Eli has been about wearing hats?

Well, I bought him quite a few hats for this summer . . .

. . . since he has snow white hair and a cute pink head that we don't want to get sun burned.

And now Eli has figured out how to get his hat off in about two seconds . . .

And he has decided that he just does not like to wear hats anymore! Mommy's heart is broken.

Happy Mother's Day!

We celebrated Mother's day with Grandma Jackie at Bella Vita.

Eli tried his first pickle. This is what his face looked like the whole time he was eating it, but he kept eating!

I love being mommy to this yummy boy.

Our first Mother's Day.

We went to Michigan for about 24hours to celebrate Lauren's graduation from PA school and see Grandma Pat for Mother's day.

Happy Mother's Day Nana!

Miss Smarty Pants! Lauren is the perfect person to work in health care. Her patients are very blessed to have her.

And speaking of blessings, how good looking is this family!?!

What a nice Mother's day weekend!

Eli loves to play with Grandpa Don . . .

He is so much fun!!

Eli with Nana and Grandma Pat.

Can you tell we probably spend too much time on the computer? I love this picture. It reminds me of Linus playing the piano on Charlie Brown.

Eli still likes his bath! We are ready to get in the pool!

Sometimes I can still see my little baby in this peaceful face! Happy 11 months Eli!
