Let the monthly count begin!
Happy One Month Kate!
It seems like yesterday that your little face was only as round as a soda can. At one month you are 9lbs and 22" long.
You have great head/neck strength, but we've known that since the day you were born and you looked up to see us!
We got your pictures taken by Rachel Huffman when you were just shy of two weeks old.
Your brother wasn't really in to having his picture taken that day, but I do love this one.
Mimi and Papa Don came into town to visit you. What a special treat to have great grandparents visit!
Your brother still loves you...
...a lot! He always says, "Aww Baby Kate, so cute!" in a sweet little voice.
You had your first bath at two weeks. You love having a bath! You are so relaxed and sometimes fall asleep during them.
Eli was a big helper (as always) during your bath.
You don't so much love to get out of the bath. Too cold!
You are a very easy baby so far. You don't take a pacifier because you never need to be pacified. You only cry when you are hungry or in the car seat.
Thank goodness for swaddling! You are sleeping 6-8hrs at night!!!! Your brother is sleeping through the night now too, so the mama gets to sleep through the night for the first time in two years!!
This one is for the guys....
We love to dress you up!
You are such a little doll. You smile a lot! Every morning when I unwrap you, you get a big grin on your face and stretch out.
Both sets of grandparents can't get enough of you, and they really miss your brother. They have been taking Eli almost once a week.
First day of MOPS. You go to BSF too, and you mostly sleep during both.
Your first soccer game with Uncle Ben.
Uncle Adam was home too.
Last swim of the season. :o(
You hang with the guys quite a bit.
Eli's life has continued as normal, with maybe a little more curious george involved.
We went to Bug Fest at the park this year.
Eli loved it!
I think he could have sat here looking at spiders all day!
This is the sort of thing Eli does while you are eating. You eat about every three hours during the day.
Eli went to see the monster trucks with Carl and Jack.
I wish I could keep him this little forever!
He did a good job wearing his "ear mufffs".
I think he had fun!
Baby Kate before her first bridal shower. I'm not sure why I can't get this picture upright.
We love you so much little Kate. You are a perfect fit in our little family!
